  5. This registration entitles the user to have one copy for one machine only.

Mac CallerID© is shareware.  To register, fill out the form by typing or printing legibly and send it to the address listed below.   Mail this registration form along with a check or money order.  For foreign orders, please use checks or travelers checks drawn on U.S. banks, or international money orders.

  74. Updates via e-mail are free for the standard version and any additional features that you purchase.  New features may or may not be included as a standard feature and may require an additional fee to activate them.
